Return Conditions

Rules for the exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality:

  • Natural persons have the right to replace the purchased goods with similar goods of different dimensions, shape, color, model, or completeness within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to him. If there is a price difference when exchanging goods, the Buyer must pay the Seller according to the recalculated prices. The Buyer’s notification of the wish to exercise the right provided for in this clause of the Rules with the specified returned goods shall be sent by e-mail: starsmemories.com
  • Upon receipt of the goods, the Seller undertakes to replace them with the same goods only in the shape, size, color, model, or completeness specified by the Buyer. If the seller does not have a product suitable for replacement, he shall return the money paid for the product to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller has received the Buyer’s notice of a wish to exercise this right, and if the Product is not returned to the Seller, the term provided for in this clause is calculated from the date of return.

When the buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:

  • the returned product must not be used;
  • the returned product must be in the original neat packaging;
  • the returned product must be undamaged;
  • the returned product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel off the protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective goods);
  • the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
  • When returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

If the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer, excluding the delivery price.

Warranty service for defective or incomplete goods:

  • A buyer wishing to file a complaint about a defective or incomplete product can do so by e-mail: starsmemories.com
  • When submitting a complaint, the buyer must indicate:
    • Product order number;
    • A photo of the product, a photo of the defective place (if it is mechanical damage and it is possible to take a photo or film);
    • A photo of the product packaging showing the product code and serial number, if it is not possible to take a photo of the package, then a photo of the product itself showing the product code and serial number;
    • Describe the signs of defect, failure of the product, or name the missing part.


The customer undertakes to cover the losses incurred by the warranty service (up to 30 €) for the diagnostics of the product, if:

  • damaged serial number sticker or unsaved original packaging showing the serial number;
  • there is mechanical damage to the equipment;
  • arbitrary disintegration marks are visible;
  • the fault was due to the fault of the user or improper operating conditions (humidity, heat, etc.), and the customer refused paid repair (if such a possibility exists);
  • the failure occurred using consumables that are not recommended by the manufacturer;
  • the failure was due to a software failure or a malfunctioning / non-genuine OS;
  • the fault has not been confirmed.
